Absolutely DELICIOUS ! I made it this morning for my wife and I and we loved it. I only put the chocolate on 1/2 of it because my wife doesn’t eat chocolate but the full recipe compliment went on my half and I loved it!

In reply to Larry. I worked 30 yrs in Chicago restaurant's and in certain Greek Restaurants you can order what's called a Baked Apple Pancake they are amazing!!!! Google the recipe folks you won't be sorry

I love making this kind of pancake. There’s a name for them that’s escaping me right now… oh, Dutch pancake? In any case, they’re really fun to make, and I have little cast iron pans to make them for my grand kids!
